Mr. Alkesh Agarwal joined the office of Shri Nagori in the year 2000 and since then he is associated with the firm. Mr. Alkesh Agarwal is a practicing advocate for more than 19 years. Mr. Agarwal has been a regular face in the Rajasthan High Court, District Court, Forums and various Tribunals. He has accepted and argued variety of cases in diversified areas including Constitutional Laws, Civil Laws, Revenue Laws etc., and his work is highly recognized at various levels. In the year 2007 – 2008 Mr. Agarwal was appointed as Deputy Government Counsel and during this tenure he dealt with the cases related to Panchayati Raj Department.

AKSHAY NAGORI (B.A LL.B (Hons.)) (Advocate and Trademarks Attorney)

Mr. Akshay Nagori a five years law graduate from Jaipur National University joined the office in the year 2013 and since then he is practicing as an Advocate in Rajasthan High Court, Trial Court, Consumer Forums and Tribunals. He is assisting Advocate to Senior Advocate Shri. R.R Nagori in various Writ Petitions, First Appeals, Second Appeals and suits. Mr. Nagori is a seasoned professional possessing vast knowledge and experience in Property Disputes, Landlord - Tenant Litigation, Consumer Disputes, Intellectual Property Disputes, Banking Laws, Service Laws and Criminal Laws. He has been subservient in assisting courts in deciding various important questions of Civil Laws. Mr. Nagori has also been serving as a Trademarks attorney and has helped the clients in successfully dealing with the registrations, oppositions and objections of their Trademarks. His interest in Law further instigated him to pursue LL.M in Business Law. Mr. Nagori is empanelled by Rajasthan High Court Legal Service Committee for Matrimonial Dispute matters. He is also empanelled advocate for various Non - Banking Financial Companies and Educational Institutes..

MAMTA GUPTA NAGORI (B.A (Hons.) LL.B (Hons.))

Mrs. Mamta Gupta a five years law graduate from National Law University, Jodhpur joined the team post 2015. She has double honors degree in Law. Before joining the firm she has worked with law firms in Delhi. She has also assisted the then sitting Supreme Court Judge. In the year 2017 she completed her LL.M in Business Laws. Her practice areas include Civil Litigation, Property Disputes, Consumer Laws, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Rights, Family, Succession and Matrimonial Laws. Her work profile includes dealing and drafting Civil First Appeals, Second Appeals, Writs, Petitions, Suits and all incidentals Legal Research. Her affinity towards Civil Law has driven her to pursue PH.D in area of Personal Laws in India. Mrs. Mamta is empaneled by Rajasthan High Court Legal Services Committee for handling the matters related to Juvenile Justice. She has authored number of articles and has also been part of various National conferences, seminars and workshops.

GURNAM SINGH (B.A LL.B)

Mr. Gurnam Singh completed his law in the year 2002. He is in the team of our firm for handling the matters before the lower courts and tribunals of Rajasthan. He is highly skilled in addressing the grievance of the clients and strives to make himself available even at odd hours.

NARENDRA SINGH
